Interferometric methods based on the use of the broadband noise continuously waveforms provide an alternative to conventional interferometers using coherent signals. Noise interferometry methods unlike coherent methods allow performing the unique measurements of the relative delay of received waveforms at radar surveillance and tracking. Double spectrum processing of the summed noise signals is proposed for the ultra wide-band noise interferometry. The periodic interferometry picture in the power spectrum of the summed noise signal is shown. The frequency period of a spectral modulation is unambiguously determined by the relative delay of noise waveforms received by the interferometer antennas. The spectral procedure and the analytical equations are proposed for an unique and simultaneously measurement of angle coordinate and angle velocity of an investigate object.

Keywords: interferometry, delay, correlation, spectrum, broadband and ultra wide-band noise waveforms, double spectrum processing.
