SYSTEM ANALYSIS OF TAKING PLACE IN WORLD CATASTROPHES

The problems of systemic study of catastrophes are considered, their classification is given on various grounds, the sources and causes of the origin of catastrophes, their main characteristics are considered: gauge, periodicity, laws of existence, destructive forces and consequences. Guidance on the prediction and prevention of catastrophes, quantify the risks associated with catastrophes, as well as estimation of the role of human factorsin the occurrence of man-made catastrophes is given. Formulated as the basis for developing tools and methods of forecasting, warning and prevention (if possible) catastrophes, notice system of possible hazards and protection against them in order to reduce human casualties, material losses and environmental damage, as well as, emergence services and liquidation means of consequences of catastrophes.
