Abstract. Is presented the information about the seminar and its theme and ideology, its initiator and leader, about its venue, about the traditional parties - organizations and their employees, about mode of seminar implementation, about the participation of the journal RENSIT in it work. Also presents speakers and topics of their reports on the 28th, 29th and 30th sessions of the seminar.
