Abstract. Presented the information about the deceased Dr Sci Techn., Professor Boris S. Lobanov, the Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, the presidium member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, the General Director and Designer of the Central Research Radiotechnical A.I. Berg Institute, the outstanding expert in the field of special radiotechnics and the space equipment: basic biographical data, learning in the Tambov Suvorov Military School and the Moscow Aviation Institute, work in the organizations of the military-industrial complex of Russia, the past 10 years - the director A.I. Berg CNIRTI, organization and leadership of the Chair of electronic warfare in MIREA, membership in several academies of Russia, participated in the creation and development of the first Moscow Cadet corps, dozens of state and departmental awards and honors.
