EFFECT OF VORTEX MECHANICAL IMPACT ON THE DIAMOND CRYSTALS

We present a new principle of mechanical wave action on the diamond crystals. The principal possibility of irreversible strongly nonequilibrium phenomena in diamond crystals in the formation of their volume wave beams with screw perturbation wavefront. Interaction of these wave flows as the amount of diamond lead to a change in the structure of the defect-diamond impurity, relieve internal stresses and the formation of the crystal morphology of the surface relief without directly touching the surface of the entire tool. Using the principle of wave action on the diamond crystals allows to form surface described by the equations of the second order (spherical, cylindrical, conical). The results of the mechanical action of the abrasive grains tool, their trajectories with certain crystallographic directions on the diamond surface. The hypotheses of formation and interaction of wave energy flows of elastic deformations in the volume of the diamond.
