MOLECULAR NANOELECTRONIC STRUCTURES

Perspectives of creation of molecular electronic components and, specifically, single-electron molecular structures are discussed. A short review of experimental works in this direction is presented. An important role of planar structures is shown, a review of the most prospective ways of their creation and obtained results is presented.
